Damaged or Defective Products
While rare, if you receive a damaged or defective item we will ensure a quick and fair resolution.
Report the issue
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
Verification
Our team reviews the issue and confirms eligibility. We'll guide you through the process.
Resolution
We arrange a replacement or issue store credit if the item is unavailable.

Same product dispatched to you at no extra cost.
Option 2 — Store Credit
Issued if the item is unavailable for replacement.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Be shipped back within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery using a trackable courier
Exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows:
- Signs of wear — makeup, perfume, or stains
- Washing or alteration of any kind
- Damage caused after delivery

Exchanges or returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect size selected while ordering
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to lighting or screen differences
- Slight variations due to the handcrafted nature of the product
- Delayed reporting beyond the allowed 24-hour timeframe
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
Many of our pieces are handcrafted using traditional techniques. Slight variations in color, texture, or detailing are natural and add to the uniqueness of each garment — these are not considered defects and celebrate the beauty of handmade craft.
