• Immediate Notification

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
• Return Window
  The product must be returned within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery. Returns outside this window will not be accepted.
• Condition of Returned Goods
  • The item must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Any sign of usage (such as stains, makeup, perfume, stretching) will cause the exchange request to be rejected
  • The return parcel should be packaged securely to avoid further damage in transit

  • If the returned item fails inspection or shows signs of misuse, the exchange will be denied, and the item may be returned to you (at your cost)
